Best part about the cruise was the first class service in the restaurants and stateroom service and maid service. Most memorial part was eating dinner with my 16 family members Several things could be improved 1) we had pre-arranged for my son's 17th birthday with our travel agent > nothing on record and the Guest services would do nothing for us 2) My father was quaranteened for food poisoning and three other people got major brochial sickness from your air handling system 3) No back up plan when we could pick up commedians in Freeport as our port of call was cancelled > this was huge to my kids they went to the comedy club every night Just not sure if I will cruise again > I spent 14,000.00 on this cruise and felt ripped off because we couldn't port in Freeport and lost a lot of night club activity with the commedians

We enjoyed the cruise immensely, and had an overall wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and very hard workers. It is too bad that they rely mainly on tips for their wages, we were not really willing to pay the amount that they suggested, especially for a family of five. The only problem that we faced was the debarking on the final day. It was utter chaos. Everyone showed up on that level, if they were called or not. Also there was no order, people were just cutting into the lines and we ended up waiting for over an hour barely moving. Of course it did not help that customs in Baltimore was not ready for that volume and had the Canadians wait while they processed the Americans first. I know it was March break and we should expect delays but Carnival should know better and (US Customs also), it does happen every year.... Even people from Baltimore commented that if was chaos this year at the port... Hopefully they can figure something out some people still had to drive home to Canada which is a minimum of 8 hours away... All aside, we would probably cruise again out of Baltimore, it was very nice and affordable for families...... Thank You

I wish we had more time in some of the ports of call.

I found the breakfast and lunch options to be cold and greasy so opted for cereal and fruit for breakfast and a salad for lunch....Salad Bar was great. Kids loved all food. Nightly dinner was excellent and the service was fantastic. Supremely annoyed by the line-ups exiting and entering ship from all three ports...must have spent almost an hour embarking ship in Florida. Stayed in room 7158 and 7162, 'stateman' was incredible...can't say enough about his attentiveness, care and professionalism. Really didn't apprecialte the forced tip, because of the Service I truly felt obligated to still considerably tip 'stateman' and dining room staff. Tipping 15% per beverage annoyed me as well, especially when it took 'server' 15 or 20 minutes to return with beverage.. Entertainment was great...had a lot of fun. Kids, aged 12 and 15 had a fabulous time.
