This was a wonderful cruise for a weekend getaway. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone going to Orlando or Central Florida. It is a good alternative to spending your whole vacation at the parks. Since this was my first cruise I have nothing to compare it to but I was very impressed by how hard the staff work to make sure everything is clean, services was exceptional and the entertainment staff are always on the go with events for all ages.

Ship was Enchantment of the Seas. Cruise was OK and still had fun despite a few problem areas. RCI's promised assistance for disabled member of our party was disappointing in some aspect, although cabin was spacious. Some areas of the ship need some TLC. Also, RCI need to take some remedial action on some of their unfriendly employees who are obviously in the wrong jobs. Once again, RCI forgot our wedding anniversary (which was pre-informed well in advance).

Entertainment was fantastic. Ship is a little tired in public places and in the stateroom, but the ship is due for a Reno this coming December I was told. The Bermuda itinerary was awesome. We are contemplating going back to Bermuda for March break. I would recommend this size of ship and itinerary for anyone new to cruising.

We had a wonderful time. Would have liked some varied lectures on "at sea" days, not involving spa activities or gambling tips.

A memorable cruise with an exellent Itenarary although the stay in Bermuda is a little short (1 or 2 more days would be perfect). Service is very good, in general. Food served in the dining room is also very good with lot of choices. However, the food in the cafeteria (WindJammer) is below expectation and can be improved (in terms of varities and choices) to match up with other cruise lines like NCL, Celebrety or Princess ... Nightly activities are quite entertained and enjoyable with great live music bands and excellent comedy shows. In contrast, at-sea (3 days !!!) activities and programs during day times are inferior and not interesting.

Could have used more time in Bermuda. Food choices were very limited and there was not a lot for kids to do.

CAPTAIN GUS AND CRUISE DIRECTOR WERE EXCELLENT. BEST CAPTAIN IN 12 CRUISES. HIS ATTITUDE FILTERED DOWN TO ALL CREWMEMBERS MAKING A MOST ENJOYABLE CRUISE FOR US. THE AFTERNOON TEA NEEDS TO BE GREATLY IMPROVED UPON.

My Crown and Anchor membership number wasn't on my reservation so I didn't get invited to the Welcome Back reception and missed out on other returning cruiser specials. Very good cruise marred only by missing out on the returning customer benefits.
