Lights in the room did not function correctly. By the time we were done trying to fix the problem, we had removed 5 burned out light bulbs.
Extremely convenient. Ease of movement, reduced stress for travelling, both arrival and departure. Pricey, and cost of in room movie rental ridiculous, but they do have a monopoly within the airport. Dinner and breakfast very good, though the breakfast menu was misleading re what was actually available ...
Love the pools copper room menustaff was good and i do think hallways need t be renovated especially carpet.
Ideally situated for Whistler village. Arrived early and said we were willing to wait, but instead we were given an upgrade to a room that was already available.
Good but a little old.Need some make up but location is very accessible to the airport And train station.
Great customer service, treated members well and provided upgrades when possible
Proximity to the airport and regularly scheduled airport shuttle. Stayed here 25 years ago for 3 months under another brand name and nice to see the atmosphere has not changed, but appreciate all the upgrades since.
