Absolutely beautiful resort! Food at most of the restaurants was very good. Customer service was excellent and everyone spoke sufficient English. Downfalls include non swimmable beach and resort is secluded and far from activities and shopping.

Staff at the pool and restaurants were very nice and tentative. The facility is new and has potential but needs some serious work. Our first night at the hotel my wife noticed an extremely dirty tub on our balcony. We requested house keeping clean the tub while we were out to dinner and secured our personal items in the safe. When we returned, we noticed house keeping broke into our safe and stole money from my wallet. Hotel management has done NOTHING to remedy this issue for future guests. Thefts have been reported multiple times in reviews and the issue persists. Beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and I had to call nearly every night to have house keeping clean our room due to it not being touched. The shower flooded our hotel room one night and we heard other couples complaining of the same issue. There was also a terrible smell of marijuana coming from the hallway. This is not our first all inclusive resort and we have experienced much better service else where. We will not be back to a hard rock.

Our priority is the safety of our guests, so we always give great importance to reports of loss or theft, so everytime we have one our Security Department does an investigation, the one that was shared with you as soon as they finished, even though these results disclaim our work team, as an act of good faith and to maintain your confidence in the brand, an adjustment was made for the $30 USD and you signed an agreement letter. As I mentioned before we take all of this matters very seriously and that´s why we always try to fix any problems the guests have had, I´m very sorry this was not the case. The hotel still smells new and rooms are kept very clean. Housekeeping did very good job of keep our rooms clean. Staff at "The Market" was horrible. Especially the receptionist. The hotel was more worried about making us their member and charging us ridiculous money for it. They wasted 4 hours of our time and wouldn't let us leave and made us feel awful for not buying their membership. We were also disappointed with their food variety. They did not have any options for kids in their buffet menu. No chicken tenders, quesadilla, fries, mac and cheese, or any other finger foods. I have seen and ate better food at some other less star all-inclusive hotels. First and last stay for us at Hard Rock Cabos unless they make drastic changes quickly.

There were a limited number of activities on the actual resort. The staff went above and beyond. Overall I had a relaxing vacation.
