There is not enough leg room between the rows.

But the transfer at Boston to Pittsburgh on your airline was not to my satisfaction. When I landed there was a 3 PM flight to Pittsburgh but the gate agent I need to pay $75 for changing to that flight even though she said there were seats. So your airline would rather fly with non-filled seats than make a customer happy and help them get to their destination early. AA, UA and Delta have provided such changes free of cost. These kind of small things are the reason why I don't want fly airlines like yours often. Penny wise pound foolish. Saving on money should be applied to pay packages give to top management of companies rather nickle and diming customers.

Good

There were 2 rows seating only one passenger. Since I had a middle seat I asked to move up to one of the 2 empty aisle seats. Was told no because I didn’t pay $50 extra. Came to find out those 2 rows were occupied by Jet Blue employees who probably didn’t pay anything. The doors were already closed and they each stayed in the window seat. Seems a little silly to have been denied a seat for more comfort. Favoritism at its best.
