During web check-in I had to pay for my seats because none were available. Wasn’t expecting to pay additional money after flight was paid for. Pretty stupid.
Boarding staff in Cancun, Mexico was very professional and genuinely interested in helping, very accommodating and courteous. Staff at Miami was very rude and did not care to be helpful, especially when traveling with 2 children under 5.
Food was not good, comfort seat was fine!
Food was not that good
I was not happy with the way my 7 pounds overage of my luggage was handled. I could not open my bag because of the rock being stuck to remove some items. I feel that the reservation agent should have been flexible with me instead she charge me $100 because I cannot open my bag and take out the 7 pounds of excess weight. That makes American Airlines look very bad and recently even though American Airlines has been my all-time airlines of choice forever I hear a lot of people complaining. These are the things that are horrible for your customers Service. I would appreciate somebody representing American Airlines to call me and discuss why I had to pay so much money and how inflexible they were with me.
Great Flight, Thanks a lot..
