Flight was with my Son. Could not get seats together. Booked this flight 4 months ago.
United only allowed one carryon so I had to combine my purse and computer into a quilted bag because my laptop bags were too big.
Would like coffee on the short trips too. It was very hot on the plane for much of the trip, and the seat wouldn't recline.
I recently had surgery and need help as I only can use 1 arm. My spouse is with me but our seats were rows apart. The gate agent worked her magic and he was able to sit with me and assist me. Hope the return flights will be switchable as well
Staff working check in at gate; very friendly and nice. Wish there were more people that worked were like them. Great way to start our trip with smiles, friendly and courtesy workers!
I had missed an international flight connecting flight and as a result had missed by original Delta flight Friday from Atlanta to Knoxville. Staff was very helpful In rebooking a Delta flight the next morning.
The wait time to drop a checked bag after checking in was way too long!
I did not like the security experience at Ohare. I felt incredibly stressed and the TSA agents were not helpful or friendly. I had not traveled in a few years and was unsure of what to do or how I was supposed to get through efficiently. I recently went through Atlanta and had a better experience there.
there was a ground stop in chicago that delayed our takeoff and in chicago there was no gate for at least an hour while we were on the tarmack taxing around and around, but none of that was the fault of the flight.
Flight got into Knoxville 20 minutes early. Made up for cancelled flight night before due to weather
