I had a difficult time checking in on-line and had to go to the counter to pay for my seat assignment which I thought I had already paid. The staff was very friendly at the counter (Eugenia in Florida).

couldn't reserve seat and was shunted to the very back of plane. standbys and others who boarded late were then getting better seats than me. VERY dissatisfied

Oct 13, 2019

The only disappointment I had was the check in kiosk was down and once we got thru TSA and went to get seats we were the first ones in line. We were 31/2 hrs early for the flight so how on earth did we end up in seats 27. That's crazy . Talk about being pissed would be an understatement. They were out of order on this one We normally don't do AMERICAN but that was the best flight. Sometimes what looks good will NOT be good
