The grand caymanian resort is under remodel, therefore, the noise of the construction was too much.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and inviting. The person who checked us in, Renoir, was a character and made a long morning of travel feel less daunting. Made us laugh and was very warm and kind. The view is majestic, watched the sunrise from the dock and we could see the ocean even from our balcony further on shore. It is on the opposite side of the hustle and bustle from 7 mile, which was fabulous. Can't really swim out on the beach from this spot. But we saw sting rays every morning. The room was clean and large. One of the faucets the warm water didn't work, but it was a double vanity so it wasn't a big deal for us, we just used the other sink. The food at the Blue Iguana Grill located within the hotel grounds was fantastic. Sara was our server most every time we went in and was very kind and warm to us. Always smiling and joking. Quick friendly service. If you're traveling from the U.S, mentally prepare yourself, our money is not worth as much, so you will be spending a lot more. One local explained it to us this way "if you spend $20 CIS and you pay with a $50 American money, it's like you're crumbling up $10 of that and it's just gone." Beautiful views. You won't regret a visit and stay at this hotel/island.

I love everything about the resort we stayed at. Front desk workers and staff were amazing. Only issue is that the room we stayed at was a bit dusty in certain places.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the resort, The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

Beautiful location, secluded from rest of island. Wish the beach area was finished. But definitely would come again!

Great staff, food, and features like the beach being right outside! Only downfall was they were doing a lot of maintenance and reconstruction at the time so it was noisy fairly early in the morning but otherwise everything was perfect!

Room was terrible. Too small . Kept up at night by loud neighbors .

The property was under construction. It wasn’t noisy and dirty. They never cleaned the room. The had construction material and things laying around everywhere. Beach was super dirty and pool was dirty. Never staying there again.

While booking through Expedia, nothing was mentioned that this is a Holiday Inn. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hallways and the entry to the building was basic and felt like entering a hospital. No comment on the food as we chose to eat offsite. Parking was convenient with plenty of spaces. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
