Just wasn’t as great as pictures. Air would not go below 70 degrees . Beds are very uncomfortable. People Smoking Weed in rooms around us . They have a No Smoking rule that apparently no one cares about.

Level DTLA Suites has truly exceeded my expectations! The buliding is centrally located in Downtown Los Angeles...right where one needs to be whether he or she is here for business, leisure or for a permanent stay. One block away is a beautiful, brand-new Whole Foods market...just steps away from Whole Foods is a CVS Pharmacy. All of the major business high rises are within a five minute walk from Level DTLA Suites...the Staples Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Ahmanson Theatre and Mark Taper Theatres are seven minutes away by foot (I timed it.) The Broad Museum, The Colburn School of Music and the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art are the same distance. Level DTLA Suites' building is beautiful inside and out...it looks like it was built just yesterday! The apartments offered are ultra-luxurious and are configured so well with excellent, high quality materials. A beautiful pool, gym, a full basketball court, sauna, steam room, meeting rooms and more are offered for guests and residents use as well! I am so glad that I chose this property...I am currently staying here as I write this review in my den looking out at the fabulous view of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline. Last but not least, the people who work here, from the Doormen to the people who work at the front desk to the Guest Services staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating...every interaction with the staff here has been great!

It’s ok, but would have been lovely if someone offered to actually load our luggage cart and bring it upstairs.
