Convenient to get to the airport. We had arrived very late and not having to deal with transports at midnight was crucial.
Great place in very convenient location. Smart hotel. Well designed with good attention to details. Bakery and lounge area good assets. It would be nice if all the PURO hotels had a loyalty program (just a thought).
The staff are really helpful. Nice touches such as free bottled water in your room everyday. Free jnternet. Outside patio area which you dont always get in city hotels. Happy hour in the bar between 4 and 6pm. Super comfy beds, good quality bed linen and towels. Very clean
Great location. Hotel clean and rooms well furnished. Reception very friendly and helpful. Cold breakfast food great but cooked breakfast could be a lot better. Very little choice on menu for evening dining.
Great location for exploring Krakow. Rooms are quite small, with not much cupboard space but are certainly big enough for a short stay. Resturant is small and very limited for vegitarian but the food looked good. Breakfast was excellent
Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is very close to some of the major attractions which are in easy walking distance, for example a five minute walk to the main square. Plenty of good restaurants again in walking distance offering a variety of food.
Dissappointing breakfast was not included. It was overpriced at 34z. The restaurant is more like a caffeteria. Otherwise the hotel is fine and staff are friendly
