      This place is a DUMP

This was absolutely, positively the most repulsive hotel I have ever been to in my life. The carpets were old, stained and I would never walk on them without shoes or socks. the bathroom had a toilet that looked like it was pulled from an old public bathroom, the shower curtain had mold on it and when you showered, the drain could not keep up so you stood in a pool of soapy water. the ceiling fan did not work so there was a portable box fan near the window that sounded like a 747 landing. The hallways were just dirty old carpet with walls that had been repainted halfway up and stains/ marks everywhere. Elevator was so old we said a prayer every time we had to use it (we had a stroller so we had to use it) and we did not want to touch the buttons because they had so much grime on them. We would have asked for our money back and booked elsewhere, but most of the lodging around was sold out due to events in the area. Save yourself money and peace of mind booking somewhere else. This place is a dump.

      4/5 Good

      Biltmore is tradition

overall good ,clean The lobby was in need of some love Does Daphne's really kind Food was mediocre but we still had a really good time and I'd stay there again The TV was really old , We peeked in the other rooms and they had flat screens our room I guess was the low end for some reason it only had a big TV no microwave no coffee and no fridge for 129 bucks close to our venue s okay I just wish the TV would have been newer And better cable
