Nice location, food was perfect, good size of pools. But no access to beach!!! Have nice long sand path but because of high waves crushing down, no access to ocean. We had to walk 45minutes under the sun to reach bay area to swim. No shuttle service from this ressort neither. If you love staying in pool with good food and amazing view, this is it!!

Loved the adults only pool with the swim up bar, lounge chairs on the beach, great food options, and nice rooms!

Great location near the marina, Carlos who served drinks at the pool was great. He had staff bring orange soda provided only in room minibars to pool bar for me. I will recommend Sandos to friends and family.

everything was outstanding. Hotel exceeds our expectations. Staff were extremely nice from Carlos ( pool staff) Hilario (Tortuga Restaurant) Santiago ( conserje) These 3 guys made our vacation unique, they were always there for us Hopefully we can see each other on our next trip

this hotel located in downtown. you can enjoy city & ocean together. Hotel staff was very nice and work hard.Especially Carlos & Gabriel who works pool area was great. They are smiling every time and served drink very quickly, also James who served in restaurant for dinner. He is very kind and knows everything. one more good thing is they have night club which is stone club. it was so fun. . food was good except buffet. buffet doesn't have enough selection. it has very few option. They need 2 things improvement. 1. elevator - only 2 elevator is working, long waiting, slow 2. entertainment-I stayed this hotel 2016 and there were lots of entertainment schedule in the pool , night show, stone club. but this time I was board.

If something needed to be replaced or fixed it either was not replaced or put off on being repaired. Other than that the food was excellent and the staff was great.

The hotel itself was ok not what we expected for what we paid. You had to wait around for the elevator for a good while. You only had one restaurant for breakfast other than the cupcake shop and it was buffet. I didn’t like that there was not something that was always open that you could just walk up to without having to go at certain hours. Was under the impression that if there is no dress code that meant the men had to wear a shirt with sleeves when the women could wear tank tops or sleeveless tops. I ordered room service one time and waited an hour and it never arrived( it was supposed to be open 24 hours a day. Overall I do not think this is somewhere I would return to..they need a better variety of restaurant and food.

The elevators are going to be renovated over the next months. This project requires time, but rest assured that we are aware of the needs and the service will definitely improve before your next visit. Regarding our food options, we have indeed a breakfast buffet in Don Diego open from 7 until 11 am, Cupcake café with pastries and sandwiches from 7 am until 11 pm, 24/7 room service and also for late breakfast vacationers, Agave a la carte breakfast option from 11am until 12.30pm. The pizzeria is open at noon and we have food and drinks literally 24/7. We deeply apologize for the delay caused by our room service team and promise you this will be supervised closely in the next days to avoid this from happening again.
