Concierge was super helpful-checked us into our flight and printed our boarding passes for us.
This hotel seems newly renovated. Love the stand up shower. Lovely stay. They had staff waiting for us at the departure gate and personally walked us out to the shuttle bus and gave us tips for airport arrival the next day. The outside area didn't seem very safe but the property itself is very safe. ...
Nice and safe place to stay, just want to feedback to provide kettle in each room
We checked in super late and they made everything really easy for us. They even had sandwiches for purchase at their 24 hr bar, which was really nice considering we hadn't had time for dinner. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Great breakfast in the morning. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Makes me feel relaxed once I check into the room in Hyatt with meticulously maintained rooms and professional service
Awesome place, clean, nice atmosphere and really close to Larcomar mall which is great if you want to try good restaurants
