The resort was well maintained and the food was excellent. They had a lot of stuff to do through-out the day and shows pretty much every night! This was our second time to this resort and we are going to Secret Vallarta Bay in Puerto Vallarta for Christmas! You cant go wrong with the Secrets resorts!

=It was all in closed and adult private. I loved the staff around the pool bars. And the activity staff. The bathrooms by the pool need some type of slip proof flooring. Also need more shaded areas around the pools.

I LOVED THE HOTEL. ESPECIALLY THE STAFF WHO ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY. BELIEVE OR NOT THAT MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENT. IF YOU WANT AN AMAZING TIME IN CANCUN, PLEASE GO TO SECRETS!!!!!

Liked the pool, beach front view. Did not like only one restaurant serving burgers during the day. Did not like the Dress code for breakfast. Waiting for the golf club transfers was too long. Pool hours need to stay open longer (especially since it’s an adult only resort) 3.5 start out of 5.

Me and the wife traveled to the hotel August 2019 for some well needed relaxation. That is exactly what we found, the hotel was well maintained, employees were super helpful/friendly and everything was clean. The food was good... Not much of a night life at the hotel but that was okay for us since we just needed time to relax. Unfortunately due to a family emergency we needed to cut our trip short. But I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and return to the secrets chain.

Absolutely no complaints. The pool, food, service, beach and room was great. Lots to do.

Extremely friendly staff, all facilities were pristine clean including the beach. The food was delicious, with a wide variety. Attended a wedding, that was spectacular with a wedding coordinator and all details far exceeded expectations. Location is a bit of a drive from airport, but was worth it for the seclusion. 5 stars

I loved all the amenities, convenience of everything on the resort, and the staff. However I did have an issue with there dress code for restaurants was a huge inconvenience and a bit unnecessary

Beautiful property, great staff, very friendly. ALTHOUGH, my wife and I both got food poisoning and lost 2 days of our trip. Recommendation: bring medicine to combat this.
