The property was clean and well kept, service was great, my issue was with the food. The places to eat were all very mediocre at best.

Hotel was beautiful and clean however our room on the other hand the air conditioner was not working we called and reported it and they sent a technician said it would work later it did not we called and reported again and sent the technician again changed a part told us it would work at this point we asked for another room they did not move us and once again we called to report the air told us it wAs too late at night would fix in the morning they never came to fix it we stayed 3 horrible sweaty nights without a/c and when we let the staff know at the end of our stay to at least discount our stay they said there was nothing that can be done Not happy at all

Lovely family resort with respectable people. No adults acting like drunken fools. Great massages! The food at Bordeaux, the French restaurant, was Amazing!!! Everywhere, ugh! Average at best. The seafood was always over cooked, the portions are tiny (yes, I’m American, but they really were very small).

Very nice properties. Not too big, but I liked that. Very clean. Food is good at the restaurants. The buffet and the italian restaurant were our Least favorite. Beach is not swimmable. Staff for the most part are friendly. There were a couple of staff that were rude one of the bar tenders at barefoot grill was rude and ignored me. One other dislike was that there was a huge crowd at the “tranquility” pool that were making a huge ruckus with loud rap music on their own speaker, screaming, yelling, smoking weed and nobody told them to stop. Staff did not enforce rule of not allowing speakers. We went to that side of the pool because it is supposed to be tranquil and relaxing, but it wasn’t at that time so we left to the main pool.

I LOVED the facility, It is very family oriented, staff is very friendly, food is great, pools are awesome. Everything i expected!!!!

I didn’t like it was bees everywhere. the bar ran out of alcohol. Food was nasty

The facilities are excellent and well maintained The staff was exceptional in all areas. The food selection and taste was at best mediocre.
