Front desk staff seemed confused by check in and check out process. There is no possibility of early check in. There isn't housekeeping. Front desk gives you the room key at 4pm and a rough idea where to go on the property to find your room. That is all the help the staff will give you.

Quiet and peaceful. It was busy season yet nothing seemed crowded or particularly busy. It was great to have a spa onsite and was a main reason we selected this location.

When we booked this property, we thought it was a hotel. It's not - it's an old timeshare resort. The room was okay, but very small, old and dated, and in dire need of an update. The bathroom was tiny! I could barely set my hairbrush and toothbrush down at the same time. The pool area was nice. The real negatives were the customer service. Just about every staff member we spoke to was not helpful or friendly. We were not told that there is no daily maid service, and when we asked the response was delivered with a "you should have known" attitude. The concierge would not stop calling and leaving messages to try to sell us a condo or a tour. We finally unplugged the phone - which didn't work right anyway. The only real positive I can give Los Abrigados is the location. It was great to be walking distance to a lot of the great restaurants and shops in Sedona.

I have to say customer service was excellent. We had a room issue and the manager Marcus moved us immediately to a much nicer room and ensured we were happy. Resort is tired and I understand is in process of updating. Location is excellent and great amenities. Overall a great resort. Would definitely stay there again. Marcus went above and beyond !

Central loctionwe are told the pool remained open till 2100.we arrived in 1o930 .all was closed and locked Smell in the room Bed was wonderfull Landscapes around nice Inefficient reception
