There isn't much in the way of soundproofing, so you'll hear every airplane as it flies overhead (about every 15 minutes), as well as all the roosters in the neighborhood. On a weekday, you'll also hear several large work trucks as they start their day, so don't expect to sleep past 4am.
We slept in the master bedroom, so I can only speak for that bed. The fitted mattress sheet and pad didn't really fit - the mattress was too big or the sheet and pad were too small. This resulted in the fitted pad and sheet both popping off immediately after you would lie down to sleep. The sheets would then bunch under you as you slept, which was rather uncomfortable.
The internet had hiccups in service, and was slow overall. We tried to watch old, SD quality TV shows through Vudu on our laptop, but it had to stop to buffer so often we just shut it off. The listing does not state high-speed internet, only internet, and I would say that's accurate. I work remotely, and would not have had a reliable enough connection if I'd needed to work during my stay, so keep that in mind if you plan to work during your stay.
It was extremely easy to get to the 589, which we used as our jumping off point to get everywhere we were going, and parking was easy with a large, private space. The owner was also kind enough to let us check in earlier than the official 4pm check in time.
