Lobby staff was nice and friendly She was nice and knows her job very well. She answered all of my questions.
Newly renovated, clean, nice shower and bathroom, good breakfast
Our room was wonderful! The bed and pillows were awesome. The huge bath towels are a must!! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location and staff were terrific. The restaurant food was first rate. Room was just above the water and the view outstanding. Negatives; value, bathroom and shower stone floors, small pillows, poor room lighting, closet in bathroom.
It's very convenient to the airport, yet quiet. We heard know planes at night. It's also an easy drive into downtown Seattle and close to public transportation. There was no coffee maker in the room, though there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. I was told I would have to pay $22.50 per night ...
The property has done some remodeling which made it very nice. Rooms are very spacious. Friendly staff. Good shuttle service. Pillows for me were a little hard.
