Extremely rude front desk staff no one knows what’s going on and not helpful at all especially the two girls that are normally there

Towels weren’t changed even though we threw them on the floor, simply reused. Toilets were dirty. Had discount for food and beverage, did not provide a discount, claimed not possible at check out only at bar. No service at the pool. No service at reception in respect of local amenities. Just a really poor hotel. Works were being undertaken on route to our room. Would never recommended anyone there. Extremely disappointed with Expedia for recommending this hotel. Certainly not a VIP hotel.

Didnt get the room we requested. requested a king for our hineymoonand got a double. Not happy.
