they don have the beer that I like.. and mos of the restaurant were closed..and bars too there was one 1 guy serving beer and the line we were like 40 people waiting..I really don't like the service..or food..

Overall, the property was OK, but it was not what I was expected exactly. I would say it would be B class level resort. However, it was worth what you paying for.

The staff for the most part was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I say for the most part, because we did encounter unpleasant staff at the gift shop, she was unwelcoming and outright rude when we asked if they carried feminine products. She referred us offsite to a store down the street. Later we found them in the gift shop located by the sports bar on the property.

The resort has hammocks on the shallow waters of the beach that are so relaxing

Unremarkable to be honest. Stayed in the “Grand” side which was suppose to be the elite side. Upon entering I was told twice, very rudely, they didn’t think I should be there. I was inclined to agree based on the minimal-ness of the lobby and entrance. There was always kids in the “adult only areas”. Elevators were down, leaving one elevator that could fit 4 adults comfortably for 10 floors. 2K for a week was a joke. I’m still laughing at my send the week after leaving.
