I just love the property and how well maintain they keep it. It has 4 pools and its close to the Centro

The entire staff at the Holiday inn resort are just "Amazing"!!! Friendly, fun, personable genuine people who will make sure you and your stay is special...

Have stayed there before and will stay there AGAIN. FOOD IS GOOD BUT WE EAT TOO MUCH

The hotel smells like ubcleaned pet facility. Dog urine and feces marinating in summer heat. Service was aweful. Nothing like being called a "gringo" by someone overcharging you like you dont understand peso/usd ratio. Food was super dry. Everything fresh was gone in a few minutes. A few employees were very helpfulbut many werent.

I'm so sorry to know you did not have the experience you were looking for. I'm not pretty sure if you reported any of the situations you mentioned, I'd like to know at least when you stayed here but we have not had pets at the hotel in the last 3 weeks. Trust me we work hard every day to make our guests' experiences the most satisfactoy and comfortable possible and clearly we did fail with you. We just hope to be able to have you back some day in order we have the opportunity to show you this was an unfortunate exception. Thank you very much for your feedback, I will make sure to work on verify this and improve it as soon as possible if we have to. Have a great day!

We love the exelent attencion all the service was exelent very friendly we have been in other places so far this one is number one for service. What we think that wasn't to good was the food on the buffet it was okay but nothing special, but the other restorant was pretty good.

Is the oldest hotel in los Cabos and the rooms aren’t in good shape Staff most of them are friendly and welcoming The pool and amenities are goods The food is terrible
