The lobby and most of the restaurants are very hot and humid! There is no air conditioned area anywhere to sit down and relax. Your room is the only cooler place, but even there the A/C never shuts off or able to reach the target temperature. The rooms are in need of a major remodel. The bathrooms are moldy. Nice and spacious beach, and pleasant staff are the best things about this resort.

The hotel was super nice and always clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, bar service and buffet service was up to standards. Overall a very pleasant and fun stay at Paradisus! Would love to come back!

Our room was dirty when we arrived and I had to clean the counters and bathroom. The building had no AC for well over 12 hours one day (mind you this is a tropical, hot and humid destination) and a few people fainted. Another day the building had no running water and you could not flush the toilets and could not wash your hands, etc. Staff did not offer anything to customers to compensate for such inhumane And unacceptable inconveniences.
