Channels on entertainment station weren't working properly. Otherwise great flight
Plane smells stale & like smoke, but otherwise a good flight.
Only thing I didn't like was that we had to check in our carry ons-due to lack of space.
Avery at the gate at DCA was incredible.
The pilot had to make a last minute decision cto abort a landing due to weather, he wanted to get us to FLL safely, and did just that. Thank you!
Unfortunately, on the return flight, we were held on the tarmac for approximately 1 hour. Very disheartening. However, JetBlue quickly recognized the error and provided an immediate response with compensation. Because of this, I will continue to consider them for future flights.
I like when a flight is pleasant and uneventful likethis
Why inform of a delay when I’m still requested to be at same time at airport? Why inform of a delay when not much later you’re back to the original time, more or less? Too many messages about nothing and creating confusion
