Great flight, friendly staff,
Flight was delayed 53 min but overall satisfied
Lines too long.
it was a bummer that our flight was delayed three times, but service was ok.
Why do you split up families when they travel and book together?
Overall great experience except the $60 fee for baggage :(
Check in was chaos, and I was afraid we might not make the flight. This was mostly to be blamed on the airport. As there was an accident on the highway into the airport and we had an hour's delay because of stop and go traffic. Our gate also changed twice, but I found out later that the airline had texted us the changes. We were so preoccupied by security and check-in that I ignored our messages unroll after we had boarded.
I would prefer if Frontier didn't try and nickle and dime you for everything and go back to an all inclusive price model. The "pay for every peanut" model is annoying, but the flight was good.
Nice staff, good flight, was late and almost missed my hotel shuttle by 3 minutes, but we made it
Terribly uncomfortable seats. They did not recline and no neck cushion. My neck hurt terribly during and after. I will probably not use this airline again.
