Aer Lingus crew is time efficient.
Late flight and delayed baggage arrival caused me to miss the last train home and had to rent a car, but the flight itself was good.
Didn't like the 3 hour delay in Dublin, plus 3/4 hour of waiting in LAX to get to the jet bridge
Not enough snacks. I was hungry.
Business Class at its best
I absolutely love Aer Lingus!
Everyone at Aer Lingus is always so friendly and welcoming. I want to fly with them all the time. And the convenience of going through customs before getting to the states is so much easier there and also very friendly.
The airline staff helped arrange our seats so that my family could sit together. It was a booked flight, but they made it happen.
Unfortunately my tv screen did not work (the sound would not work) and only can be used with the special 2 prong headphones. It made for a very long flight home.
We could not pre checkin because we were pit on your partner Aer Lingus. We tried several times to print boarding passes from British Airways but were told we could not and had to check in at the airport. Very concerning
