Flight arrived early!
First time using jet blue service is excellent
Our flight was delayed a lot. United accolades is and put us in a flight asap
No power on an old plane was a bummer :(
Didn't realize I couldn't take a carry on bag. That should be made a lot clearer at time of purchase.
Thanks Jet Blue!
But the transfer at Boston to Pittsburgh on your airline was not to my satisfaction. When I landed there was a 3 PM flight to Pittsburgh but the gate agent I need to pay $75 for changing to that flight even though she said there were seats. So your airline would rather fly with non-filled seats than make a customer happy and help them get to their destination early. AA, UA and Delta have provided such changes free of cost. These kind of small things are the reason why I don't want fly airlines like yours often. Penny wise pound foolish. Saving on money should be applied to pay packages give to top management of companies rather nickle and diming customers.
