Better than we expected.

Nice flight - thank you, my new favorite airline to Rome. I love the fact that you can order food and drinks from your seat instead of waiting for a random food cart - the food on demand makes me absolutely not care about having to pay for it. One suggestion - increase the variety of food available that is for purchase, even some more small snack items would be dynamite. Popcorn for Hollywood movies? Everything else on your plane is rock star

VERY nice flight!!!

No WiFi.

Dec 20, 2018

Very delayed taxiing in. Plus inconvenient bus travel from plane to terminal. On tarmac over an hour

Awesome 12 hr nonstop from LAX to Rome and great low airfare

Sep 22, 2018

Seats too cramped. Too little space, legroom, and for most people it is NOT possible to deploy the meal tray without it protruding into the abdomen. Ridiculous. The seating was NOT designed that way by aircraft engineers. Get it right.

The food served in coach left a lot to be desired. : (

Add a better movie selection and upgrade seats they are too old

Jul 24, 2018

Disappointed in the quality and limitation of food on these flights. Very little offering of fluids for a 12 hour flight. If you wanted a drink of water you had to pay for it!! Seats were somewhat cramped and uncomfortable. Price and non stop availability were great, however.
