On time, clean seats. Friendly flight attendants. Excellent flight.
There was a moment when the plane swerved left and right very roughly. Im sure it was because of crosswinds or a flock of birds but it was so sudden and rough. I wish pilot had addressed it to us to clarify the sudden manuever s because it was so sudden. Other than that it was a good flight.
Very friendly staff in general
Love Alaska and their first class accommodation
Only bad thing is having to pay a $75 change fee to fly a little sooner because my international flight arrived early... literally doubled the price of the flight.... change fees and baggage fees are killers in this category.
The flight attendants were very happy, and tried to make everyone feel at ease.
Only negative was that the plane equipment changed and we did t get the seats we paid for...the LAX GATE staff said”suck it up...it’s a short fight”
Alaska Airlines was a bit better than Delta. Boarding was better & offered a drink & cookie even though it was a short flight.
