They rock! Loved the flight. The movie "Little" is hilarious. Made time go by!
It was a nice trip
Flight was early!
Nice flight but I paid for the Luggage
The flight attendants were very courteous. They also showed enthusiasm when serving passengers. .
tops my previous experience by far. great flight in all respect. Thank you.
I was not happy with the way my 7 pounds overage of my luggage was handled. I could not open my bag because of the rock being stuck to remove some items. I feel that the reservation agent should have been flexible with me instead she charge me $100 because I cannot open my bag and take out the 7 pounds of excess weight. That makes American Airlines look very bad and recently even though American Airlines has been my all-time airlines of choice forever I hear a lot of people complaining. These are the things that are horrible for your customers Service. I would appreciate somebody representing American Airlines to call me and discuss why I had to pay so much money and how inflexible they were with me.
I realize it is an economy ticket, but two cookies for a five hour flight leaves plenty of room for improvement
Over all great experience 10 times better than other airlines
