The plane both ways was extremely old and dirty and very disappointing. Time to retire these planes.
The flight attendants were so helpful with my needs
You need to tell people when they get on to put their bags where they sit and not put them in the front when they sit way in the back
Not quite sure that i like being the last group to board on every plane.
Your check in needs help. I was surprised that we still did the old fashsion way of having our luggage tags printed by your staff. I have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to a free checked bag, I paid for both bags. Seat assignments were not good. This is what passes for good on a flight in USA, sad!
WiFi was spotty and took awhile to get it up and running
Plane was not clean despite setting at the gate for over an hour
A little confusing what line to stand in for first class
It was a good experience; I liked the leg and body room
