unhappy with fee for a carry on and fee for water. that should be standard.
Delta is the best airline! I fly regularly and when I am able to fly Delta I know my flight will be excellent.
Would prefer access to admiral club as I bought first class ticket
Plus we got there faster than expected, so that was an added bonus
The staff was great!!!
He has excellent customer service. His personality was a breath of fresh air. Derek Michael H. Is the flight attendant.
I was in group 9 check in. Everybody in group 9 check in I had to gate check their bag. If I wanted to check my bag and wait at luggage claim I would've brought a larger bag. That is not a consumer friendly thing to do.
One thing that will make it better, AA should have pre-boarding for families with children under 12, also they should allow one check-in bag for free. In will help AA and also the customer.
4hrs plus flight and no snack is served, why? Why do we have to pay 4 4 food and drinks?
