I was charged $30 for my bag but then they offered free bag checks at gate.
Excellent customer service!
I wish I remembered his name, but one of the male flight attendant was the most professional and caring I met in years of travels (and I flly 6 to 12 times a year )
I had a questionable carry on, a skateboard from my best friend who passed away last week. The gentleman that checked my carry on in Portland went out of his way for me to insure I would not get hassled carrying this item on. It was early, I was so tired and sad, I can’t thank that person enough for that and for not questioning how dear this was to me. Thank you.
Stop charging for first bag
Seat 23F on flight 1892 PDX to San Francisco didn't recline
Every thing is fine
Nice flight. Very satisfied
Maybe free carry on that really suck
The flight was delayed due to weather, which made us miss our connecting flight, but United booked us on the next flight, so we were thankful for that. The seats on an airplane are never comfortable, so that is the other negative comment. Overall, the flight itself was good, and the service was good.
