Would like to be able to check in on line with economy seats.
Seats go back about only one and half inches Not very comfortable
They were out of some of the snack boxes so that was disappointing.
Super travel trip!
No delays, flight was smooth
Some issues at LAX; waiting for a gate to open up and switching departure gates with no announcement.
I have been happy with United Airlines and it’s partner, Air Canada. Two trips now o the west northeast. Particularly impressed by the pilot’s making up for 90 minutes delay due to deicong the plane on the way to my trip and to the kindnesses and consideration of the crew.
When I checked in I had an assigned seat. When I got to my terminal my pass says check atendant. I asked at the counter, associate said I have to check when I get to LAX. Sat on tarmac in Palm Springs and LAX for quite some time due to congestion in LAX, which is understandable. But now flight is lay, connection will be tight and I have to fight still be assigned a seat. I have a handicap and alway try to book window or aisle because of my handicap. Now someone has taken my seat. Not ok!
