We had zero issues with our flight
Why do we have to check-in both online and at the kiosk? We have to be in line twice + security checking, this is way too much! I think we should check-in either online or at the kiosk, not on both. I also didn't like to had paid $30 to dispatch my luggage. We used to have this free plus a meal during the flight, what didn't happen! If tickets were cheap, I would totally understand, but it wasn't the case,
Arrived safely, cost of checked bags too high
It was a very smooth flight
Need better selection of snack and better coffee
I fly with other carriers periodically. I thought since you AA had some newer planes, I'd give them a shot. I was quite disappointed. I'm in the transportation industry myself. I understand that the more volume of a commodity the more profits. But, my Lord! I felt like I was in a sardine can. My knees were against the seat ahead of me the entire flight and we were elbow to elbow. This was a last minute trip and didn't have time to get the larger seats. I tell ya, 2"-3" more room between the seats would have have made this flight WAY more enjoyable! If I can't get a 1st class or exit row, I'll be going back to Southwest where I dont get charged for baggage and have a more comfortable experience.
Flight on time.
No wifi as advertised
It was nice to be able to check our rollaboards at the gate BUT we weren’t told the bags would have to be picked up at the baggage carousel and not plane side. This added 30 minutes to our travel time.
