My screen/ear plugs was broken, but it was a short flight. The Hawaiian flight attendant was awesome!!
Great experience overall. Very satisfied.
Expedia’s should email the flight information 24 hours prior to flight. So hard to find. And I get so much junk from Expedia it’s impossible to search for.
Overall great flight
Seems like Delta have upped their game a bit.
Don’t have wifi for the whole trip
Thank you Alaska Air!
The food could really be improved. I was happy that I upgraded to the seats with extra legroom on the longer leg of the flight, even though it cost $200.00. The upgrade itself was somewhat misleading, as I understood it to mean that the food was included (since I consider it all to be "snacks") while, in fact a small portion of the menu was included. It was worthwhile because my husband is tall. On our return trip I did not upgrade, and we were quite comfortable, as the flight was not full and the third seat was vacant. The staff was extremely professional and very responsive to the passenger needs. We even had the same flight attendant on both LA-Liberia flights, which was a nice surprise, as she is especially lovely. Since we plan to return in the spring, I hope that we once again are on her flights.
Qantas LAX-SYD is almost always excellent!
