Good food for an airplane
Missed the power plugs.
Overall no bad surprises
Generally OK, except: - I had trouble finding my Confirmation Code for the return leg of my trip. The code for the first leg was on the Expedia confirmation, *but the code for the second one was not.* I had to hunt through all my emails to finally find one that showed it in small print. *Both codes should have been on the confirmation and everything with my itinerary on it.* - I had trouble checking in with Air Canada. They said I could do it 24 hrs before the flight, but I had trouble pulling up my record. - I had a lot of trouble paying for this. My original credit card didn't go through, I ended up having to call customer service and didn't get good prompt service. - On the return flight my entertainment screen was very dim, even with the brightness setting turned all the way up. Also the touch screen didn't work very well - I often had to tap repeatedly and hard. At one point I annoyed the passenger in front of me, and at another point the person in back of me had the same problem which bothered me.
Bag did not arrive, though.
Since it is International flight. I would have appreciate if there were free meal. Anyway coffe and water were free
Monitor was big enough to see movie clearly. There was a good selection of movies to choose from to entertain the whole flight.
I hurt myself just before boarding and they got me a wheelchair and ice throughout the flight
Ryan Venturina was the best- made our trip extra special
I signed up for text notifications but was not notified that my gate changed in Toronto so almost missed my flight. The new gate was very far from the one on my phone so I had to run to make it on time.
